The objective of this multicenter prospective, placebo-controlled, dose-finding trial was to determine the safety and tolerability of diltiazem hydrochloride in men with erectile dysfunction. A total of 116 men with erectile dysfunction and a mean age of 39.4 (range 9–89) were included.
